SUBMITTING YOUR MANUSCRIPT

There is always a surprising amount to do in preparing the manuscript for submission. Use the following check-list to make sure you have complied with all the requirements of the journal's guidelines.

• Is the manuscript structured exactly as required? Have you used the correct headings, and is each section of the paper in the right order?
• Have you used double-line spacing throughout?
• Have you ensured wide margins?
• Have you provided all the necessary information on the title page?
• Have you provided the details of the authors' affiliations?
