Appendices

Appendices are useful for including material that does not directly support the main ideas in your document.

They are particularly valuable when your paper is aimed at a diverse audience. Some readers will want to see detailed facts and figures; others will not. Data that specialists or future decision-makers may want to use will probably find their way into appendices.
