PRINTING THE POSTER

You can print your poster in a number of different ways.

  • You could write or paint the poster by hand. This is time-consuming, especially if you want lots of copies, but the technique can be very effective. You could use the hand-crafted quality of the work to support your message. For example, a very local issue, or one that involves children, might benefit from the hand-produced effect.
  • You can use stencils or spray paint. Stencils allow you to make lots of copies. Again, consider the effect of stencils and spray painting on your message. Where else do you see such effects: on walls, on public transport - in galleries of modern art? Do these associations fit your message?
